One of my favorite communities in Clermont county is the Polo Fields.  Located in Union Township and in the Milford School District,  this family oriented community has a lot to offer its residents.  There are two pools with play sets, a lake and a very friendly and social neighborhood.   Here is a link to the community website http://www.polo-fields.com/

The recent extension of Beechwood Rd.  allows quick access to the Milford Parkway and has greatly improved the convenience of this community.   It is now only a couple minutes to access I-275, catch a movie or have dinner. 

The homes currently for sale in this community range in price from $275,000 to $480,000.  In the past year the average sale price was approximately $357,000 based on data from the  Multiple Listing Service.
