One of my favorite communities in Clermont county is the Polo Fields. Located in Union Township and in the Milford School District, this family oriented community has a lot to offer its residents. There are two pools with play sets, a lake and a very friendly and social neighborhood.
The recent extension of Beechwood Rd. allows quick access to the Milford Parkway and has greatly improved the convenience of this community. It is now only a couple minutes to access I-275, catch a movie or have dinner.
The homes currently for sale in this community range in price from $275,000 to $480,000. In the past year the average sale price was approximately $357,000 based on data from the Multiple Listing Service.
