Jeff started his career with a national health care technology company and worked there for 15 years. While there, he worked in various postions of management, including Director of Client Services, where he learned to use technology to provide first class customer service. Providing the best in client services continued when Jeff decided to follow his passion and pursue a career in real estate. He has been involved in many aspects of real estate in the past 17 years including single family and multifamily investment properties, new construction, property management and helping clients buy or sell their dream home. Jeff resides in Anderson Township along with his wife Denise and three children Tori, Dylan and Lucas. He is active in the community as a youth basketball coach, involved with his sons' cub scout pack, and attends Parkside Christian Church.

Jeff grew up in Park Forest, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago.  His early career was in the steel industry, where he worked his way up to managing the largest steel pipe and tubing distribution warehouse in the U.S.  He excelled in customer service, contract negotiations and problem solving.  Because of Jeff's passion for the outdoors and working with his hands, what began as a side job in framing, siding and roofing for a builder in the Chicago area quickly became a full time occupation and especially sparked an interest in the real estate aspect of the business.

Jeff and his family relocated to the Cincinnati area in 2002, where he began his career in real estate working for a local developer, his duties included sales, customer service and quality control.  Although Jeff has extensive experience in the home-building aspect of the industry, he decided his real vocation was in real estate, helping people to realize their dreams of home ownership.  Thus Jeff joined ReMax in 2006 and shortly thereafter became an enthusiastic member of The Jeff Smith Team.

Jeff loves the Cincinnati area and its people, a big city with a small town atmosphere.  he lives in Clermont County with his wife Helen and his family.  Jeff loves sports and enjoys participating in his grandsons' activities which include Cub Scouts, baseball, football and wrestling.

Lisa markets our listings through print advertisements, direct mailing programs, special publications and web presence.  She creates the flyers for brochure boxes and listing booklets along with virtual tours, our 24x7 infoline recordings and updates you on showing feedback.  She also helps facilitate closings and does her best to keep things moving.  Her office responsibilities include directing calls, setting appointments and helping to keep the Jeff Smith Team on track.
